 A three-year-old boy has died after falling off a boat and getting caught up in the propeller. Walter Enslin Greer was boating with family members at the Echo State Park in Utah on Sunday afternoon when he fell from the boat and was struck by the propeller. Local officials declared him dead at the scene. In a statement following the incident, his distraught family said: 'We are devastated to be saying goodbye to our darling Walter so unexpectedly.
