Taking to Southport Food Reviews, foodie Emma Watkins shared mouthwatering snaps of the meal she enjoyed at Hanoi House, on its opening day, which included a grilled pork rice bowl, chicken summer rolls, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Although Emma was impressed by the "fresh and light" food and the "good-sized portions", she was a bit perplexed as to why she just couldn't get through using the phone number printed on the menu. In her post shared on the popular dining-out group, Emma wrote: "The lady behind the bar said they were having phone issues but I just ordered on JustEat (needs must) and collected it. Polite staff, good booze selection on the bar, lovely food...I wish them very well!" Commenting beneath her rave review, fed-up Gary helped unravel the mystery of the phone issues, responding: "Hi all, I think they have distributed leaflets with my house number on. Can you not ring it please, I have a five-week-old baby and the phone is going non-stop." He added: "Also, if you happen to go in tonight can you let them know that the phone issue is the above, cheers!" Showing great sympathy for his situation, an astonished Emma replied: "Oh no!!!!
