The video and images of the impact site are believed to have been taken less than an hour after the crash occurred, and the driver of the SUV remained on the scene and was cooperative with the authorities. Collins spent five seasons in the NFL, most of it with the Seattle Seahawks as a fifth-round pick by the team in the 2016 NFL Draft. He had a solid start to his career before having a few years with the Baltimore Ravens, where he was promoted to the starter in his first season where he rushed for 973 yards and six touchdowns. Tributes have flooded in for Collins after the sad news of his passing, being led by his former quarterback and close friend Russell Wilson. He tweeted: "To one of my favorite teammates.
