While many dedicated fans had been left disappointed to not be able to attend the Eras Tour, it seems Rishi's family was in luck. During the PM's holiday break stateside, he and his family are thought to have attended one of Taylor's sold-out concerts in Los Angeles. The thought that Rishi could have been there when 1989 Taylor's Version was revealed is almost too much for fans to bear – ourselves included. He also took part in a Taylor-themed soul cycle class according to a fellow attendee who wrongly believed the Dress singer herself was about to turn up. When asked if the 43-year-old was a hardcore fan, known as a swiftie, his official spokesman said: 'I'm not going to guide you away from it.' 'I think it's an important principle to maintain that.' However, US-based swiftie Hannah Harmelin posted a TikTok saying she spotted the Prime Minister at the end of a 7am class in Santa Monica. Security stood menacingly at every turn the second she arrived for the class, claiming she 'nearly had a heart attack' in her excitement. Hannah immediately knew something was up but wrongly thought Taylor Swift, who is up for record-breaking VMAs this year, was about to join the exercise class.
