Ben Schwartz, who played Jean-Ralphio in the NBC sitcom, shared a picture of the miniature animal peacefully protesting on Instagram in a 'rare appearance.' He captioned the post: 'Lil Sebastian made a rare public appearance to support the #sagaftrastrike #wgastrike alongside some people who understand how amazing he is.' Writing on her Instagram story, Retta wrote: 'Pawnee is a union town,' referencing the fictional town where the show was set.
