The stunning property in Barnoldby-le-Beck, Lincs, has now been sold for £1.125m, according to reports in the Mirror. The dream home, set in 17.6 acres of countryside, has something for all the family. The pool that Roy built all those years ago is still the star attraction, with its own changing and toilet facilities. There is a state-of-the art gym, steam room, hot tub and changing area. And a stunning games room with a bar, pull down screen and movie projector. Despite its scale the home still has cosy features such as a wood burning stove. The breakfast room overlooks the pool and there is a formal dining room for those special occasions. The grounds include 14-acres of mature woodland and the odd deer has been spotted wandering through. Sadly Roy's fortunes appear to have changed when he became embroiled in a messy divorce from his second wife Darlene Shand in 2014. And Roy swapped his country house in Barnoldby le Beck, Lincolnshire, for a one-bed bungalow in Grimsby - though he did keep their holiday home in Cyprus. The dad-of-three said at the time: "I only own one car – you can only drive one at a time, so there's no point in owning 10."
