Pedro Pascal artist says ‘it’s a shame’ star was turned away from exhibition dedicated to him

Artist Heidi Gentle Burrell has created an exhibition dedicated to Hollywood star Pedro Pascal but, the actor was disappointment when he was unable to visit the work

Artist Heidi Gentle Burrell expressed her wish for Hollywood star Pedro Pascal to revisit her art exhibition dedicated to him in Margate, Kent after his initial attempt to view it was rebuffed.

The 48-year-old actor, known for his role in ‘The Last Of Us’, had previously attempted to visit the Rhodes Gallery with fellow actor Russell Tovey. However, they were met with disappointment as the gallery was closed on Sundays.

Burrell, the creator of the exhibition titled ‘ADHD, Hyperfixation And Why It Looks Like I Love Pedro Pascal’, expressed regret that Pascal didn’t get to see her 14 pieces devoted to him. Yet, she described it as a “lovely feeling” knowing that he and his friends were aware of her tribute.

Speaking about the possibility of Pascal’s return, the 45-year-old artist said: “It would be very special. I have spent more than six months staring at his face so it would be great (to meet him). “I think every artist would feel the same. You don’t ever do something for validation but we’re only human, so to have someone appreciate what you’ve done is, of course, an absolutely lovely feeling.”
