'I didn't see many animals, in fact, it got very messy. I did see some monkeys, though.' Danny is set to portray a heightened version of himself in the new series, which sees him appear in a dream sequence alongside Kate O'Flynn . The duo journey through the Welsh countryside after the apocalypse hits, killing off all but one man and putting a stop to a very important hen do. Kate's character Jen is left hallucinating after developing gangrene from a blister - imaging that her all-time favourite actor, Danny Dyer , is there beside her. Danny explains: 'It's a nutty idea, basically a group of women go on a hen do and while they're on their hen do in Wales, a disease breaks out that kills all men. 'Jen is stuck lying in bed as she has got gangrene on her leg and that's why all her friends leave her. "She keeps talking about Danny Dyer and dreaming about Danny Dyer and so that's when I make an appearance. 'I got an email from writer Caroline Moran asking me if I wanted to be in the series, she basically wrote this part because she loves me as an actor. 'She felt that I was sort of one o){kind=link}
