Disney+ is raising prices again

Disney+ is introducing two new packages from November 2023 and existing customers will automatically be moved to the more expensive plan unless they take action

Disney+ is raising prices for existing UK customers again – but there is a way to avoid paying more.

The streaming service currently has one subscription plan which costs £7.99 a month, or £79.90 if you pay for the year upfront. But from November 1, it will introduce two new packages – one that is cheaper and comes with adverts, and one that is more expensive.

The “standard with ads” plan will cost £4.99 a month – there is no annual fee option – while the “premium” package will cost £10.99, or £109.90 for the year. Everyone who is currently signed up to Disney+ will be automatically moved to the more expensive “premium” plan – unless they choose to move to one of the cheaper deals.
