The brunette beauty wore a black cami dress and sat on the floor in her bedroom, while taking a mirror selfie. She simply captioned it: "This is me." The TV favourite was inundated with messages praising her for her honest post. One fan posted: "Amazing thank you for showing you! My 15 year old has it on her head and I can show her this and show her that it doesn't matter. You will inspire her I know it." Another commented: "Wow, I bet it took a min to decide to post this because your expected to be always turned out perfect but got to say jess you just shone a massive light on a problem for so many." Last year, Jess opened up about her struggle with the recurring skin problem. She told us: "It just makes you feel really crap. "You just feel like you can't, even like I want to wear something with my arms out but I don't want to because I think it looks ugly. "It's really taking it's toll mentally but you just have to try and have faith that eventually you can get to the bottom of it." The condition - which affects an estimated two per cent of people in the UK - causes, according to the NHS , red, flaky, crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales.
