"Well, this morning she's got a cracker, I think that's how you say it." Carol laughed: "It is. It's beautiful. I am looking at the sky of course Jon. I don't know what you're looking at." Jon replied: "I'm not looking at the sky Carol." Viewers could see Carol had selected an image of a road with bright blue skies above, but there was also a long line of portable toilets which was hard to ignore as it spoiled picture. Carol explained: "I didn't notice that when I pulled it in unfortunately. "But it is lovely isn't it? This is one of our weather watcher's pictures taken a wee bit earlier in John O'Groats in the Highlands." Handling it like a pro, Carol moved on from the awkward blunder and delivered the latest weather forecast. This comes after Carol has revealed details of her 'intimate wedding' to fiancé Steve. She became engaged to Steve Randall in Spring last year, and announced the happy news on BBC Breakfast.
