Clips showed Black women rushing to join the fight in a bid to stop the women. The man with the chair - who has not yet been identified - struck several people with the chair. Footage from inside the larger boat shows him swinging the chair down on one of the earlier aggressors. 'Justice will be served. This was an unfortunate incident which never should have occurred,' Mayor Steven Reed said on Sunday. Police said they have obtained four warrants in connection with the incident. "There's a possibility more will follow after the review of additional video," Montgomery Police said.
