Levi had his first cosmetic procedure done when he was just 19 years old, when he got fillers. Now 26, he's splashed out around £50,000 on 15 beauty treatments including going under the knife for a nose job, buccal fat removal, neck liposuction, having his lips done and more – all because he's 'bored'.
