The couple named their children, Summer and Star. Dani's tots were dressed in matching outfits as her Nan, Natalie, held onto them both with each of her arms. Paying tribute to her, Dani wrote alongside the cute snap: "Thankyou for being the most amazing nanny & for all the love, cuddles and support." She continued: "We are so lucky to have you."
