 Volodymyr Zelensky says a Russian guided aerial bomb has hit a blood transfusion centre in Ukraine. The attack took place in the town of Kupiansk in eastern Kharkiv region late on Saturday, according to the leader. 'There are dead and wounded,' Mr Zelensky said on his Telegram channel. He shared a picture alongside the message, of a burning building with a roof completely destroyed. Zelensky said rescue workers were extinguishing a fire at the scene and described the strike as a 'war crime.' He did not say how many people were killed or wounded. Russia denies deliberately targeting civilians in a full-scale invasion that has killed thousands of people, uprooted millions and destroyed cities. Kyiv have progressed with several successful operations in recent days. Video showed a Ukrainian drone hit a Russian tanker transporting fuel to Russian forces in the Black Sea. The strike yesterday was the second sea attack involving drones in one day, after Ukraine struck a major Russian port earlier on Friday. The attacks follow Russian strikes on Ukrainian ports after Moscow withdrew from a export agreement allowing Ukraine access to the world markets to sell grain on world markets. 'The Sig tanker… suffered a hole in the engine room near the waterline on the starboard side, presumably as a result of a sea drone attack,' Russia's Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport wrote on Telegram. An official with Ukraine's Security Service confirmed they were behind the attack on the tanker, which was transporting fuel for Russian forces.
