A California source shared that Meghan Markle is taking a ‘softer approach’ to how she handles Prince Harry’s relationship with the royal family and gave fans an inside look at how the couple raises their children in California
Meghan Markle is said to now be taking a “softer approach” to Prince Harry’s strained relationship with the Royal Family and is reportedly worked past her alleged prior negativity to focus on her new life in California and caring for her children.
A California source close to the couple told People that Meghan is trying to be supportive of Prince Harry and his relationship with the Royal Family as she builds a new life with her two children four-year-old Prince Archie and two-year-old Princess Lilibet in California. The insider said: “The situation with his father and brother is still very difficult for him,” the source added: “Meghan is always supportive of it though. She used to be negative about it. It seems she has kind of moved on now.”
This new mindset greatly differs from Meghan’s original attitude towards the royal family during an interview with famous talk host show host Oprah Winfrey in 2021. During the exclusive one-on-one interview, Meghan gave audiences a look into her relationship with the royal family revealing that she felt “unwelcomed” and “unsupported” by members of the family. But two years later, a source tells People that she has a “much softer approach about Harry’s family”.
The source told the news outlet, Meghan: “Just wants to focus on their kids and their life in Montecito” and that the couple’s goal is for their children to “have a normal life as much as possible.”
