Worried something may have been wrong with her baby, she waited for a taxi to take her to the hospital as Adam believed she was acting to get sympathy from him. Once in the hospital, Sarah was given a scan and in a heart-breaking twist, she was told that her baby had died. With such a tear-jerking turn of events, ITV viewers began to wonder how Damon would react if he was to find out Sarah had not only been pregnant with his baby but had also lost the unborn child. Many predicted Adam would be the one to pay the consequences as it is highly unlikely the criminal wouldn't make him pay for his actions.
