However, according to the Daily Mail, Kane has now made it clear that he if is still a Spurs player by August 13, he is ready to sign a new deal at the club. They claim that Kane feels it would be unfair on new head coach Ange Postecoglou to leave after Spurs' opening Premier League game of the season. The news is a huge boost to Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, who is desperate to keep hold of the 30-year-old amid intense transfer speculation this summer. Kane has less than a year left on his current deal and Bayern remain confident of landing his signature. But they must significantly increase their offer for Kane and also include a buy-back clause for Spurs to consider a sale.
