 A 27-year-old woman who was killed in a crash after being pursued by another car was reportedly an 'innocent victim' caught up in a dispute over drug money. Amy-Rose Wilson died and her boyfriend Ryan Paterson, 22, was injured after a terrifying high speed chase in Falkirk on Saturday. Police Scotland are treating her death as suspicious and have launched a murder investigation. The couple were allegedly involved in an altercation with the occupants of a black Mercedes C-Class shortly before they were chased by the same car for around half a mile. Their desperate attempt to flee in a silver Vauxhall Vectra came to a devastating end when they collided with a black Volkswagen Tiguan and careered off the side of the road. Ms Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene, while the Mercedes drove off without stopping. A 39-year-old man who was driving the Volkswagen was also injured. A gang of Albanians are said to have been owed a lot of money and came looking for it. 'It was nothing to do with Amy. They've been trying to get the money for months and we all knew something really bad would end up happening.' Just months earlier, the couple had reportedly been pursued by another car in a similar type of chase by a different group of people. They had told friends that they were being 'stalked' and filmed the vehicle as it came after them.
