Killer who believes he’s a vampire to be executed TODAY for murdering six-year-old girl

Johnny Johnson, a 45-year-old man, was found guilty of the heinous murder of six-year-old Casey Williamson on July 26, 2002, in Valley Park, a small suburb of St. Louis, Missouri

A killer who abducted and murdered a six-year-old girl and later claimed he was a vampire is scheduled for execution today.

Johnny Johnson, a 45-year-old man, was found guilty of the heinous murder of 6-year-old Casey Williamson. The incident occurred on July 26, 2002, in Valley Park, a small suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, sparking a desperate search for the missing girl.

The case had a disturbing connection, as Casey’s mother had been childhood best friends with Johnson’s older sister and had even helped babysit him. The night before the murder, Johnson attended a barbecue with Casey’s family and was allowed to sleep on a couch in their home, where they all spent the night.

The next morning, Johnson deceitfully lured the innocent girl to an abandoned glass factory, carrying her on his shoulders during the walk to the desolate location. He attempted to sexually assault her, leading Casey to scream and fight to break free from his grip.
