She made three courgette recipes which included spaghetti bolognese, muffins and a cake. However, there was chaos in the studio's kitchen after things got a little messy and Helen dropped the cake. Meanwhile, Gethin tucked into the food treats and said how good the muffin was, while his co-star made this huge blunder. Gethin then turned to Helen and said: "I warned you about that, I did warn you about it." Guest chef Briony couldn't help but laugh at the commotion on set. But Helen remained calm and collected as she thanked the guest chef and moved swiftly onto the next segment. This comes after Helen was reportedly back on the dating scene , a year after her split from ex-husband husband Richie Myler. The 40-year-old announced the pair's separation in April last year, just four months after she gave birth to their third child, Elsie.
