 Police are searching for a man who bizarrely offered cash to two boys of primary school age in return for a kick in the privates. An unknown man was reported to have approached the two children – who were aged under 10 – at a subway leading from Vulcan Close, in Warrington, Cheshire, on July 24. He gave them a large amount of cash at around midday. The man approached the boys again four days later, and offered them more money in exchange for them to kick him in the groin. Police are calling for witnesses and warning parents to say vigilant in light of the 'concerning' behaviour. Detective constable Danielle Taylor said: 'The behaviour of this male is concerning, and enquiries are ongoing in relation to this incident. 'Detectives are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a male matching this description in the area described. 'The same goes for anyone who is aware of their child being offered money by a stranger.' Cheshire police added in a statement: 'The suspect is described as white, approximately 60 years old, with grey, short, straight hair, and is clean shaven. 'He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and jeans. His vehicle has been described as a large black vehicle.'
