The Miami Dolphins have signed their superstar receiver Hill’s bitter rival in Apple, with the newly acquired defensive back meeting with his new teammates for the first time on Sunday morning
Eli Apple and Tyreek Hill look to have put their differences aside with the two now teammates.
After losing superstar cornerback Jalen Ramsey to a knee injury, the Miami Dolphins chose to sign Apple on a one-year deal.
The former Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Apple has had previous with Hill, after the two went up against each other in the AFC Championship game in 2022 when the receiver was with the Kansas City Chiefs.
After that game, Apple called Hill “a baby” on Twitter after defeating him to reach that year’s Super Bowl – with the cornerback performing well against Hill – registering only 78 yards on the day. Hill then called Apple out last season after the former was traded to the Dolphins.
