Father begged daughter killed in hit-and-run to open her eyes as she lay dying

The 14-year-old was held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following the collision on Thursday evening. Katniss Seleznev was killed when a motorcycle ploughed into her in Walsall, West Midlands, just after 7pm on Thursday, police confirmed. Officers said they have now found two abandoned motorbikes which will be forensically examined.
