The presenter joked: "Is it my birthday today?" while Alison, 48, added: "And you're finishing early! It is your birthday, I did all this just for you Dermot O'Leary because it's our last day together, isn't it, then we've got our summer off. I'm excited!" To which Dermot, 50, added: "Our summer break! Thank you, this is like a dream show for me!" Later, This Morning showed a promotional clip of Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle, revealing they would be hosting next week and over the summer. In the clip, it shows a fun montage of Josie, 38, and Craig, 52, while a voiceover says: "We get to spend our summer horsing around with Josie and Craig. "Joined by absolutely cracking guests, delicious food and a lot of laughs along the way. Josie and Craig, next week on This Morning." It is likely that Josie and Craig will be joined by other presenters over the summer, who are yet to be announced. This Morning fans will recall that the ITV chat show's regular hosts always take a summer break with Holly Willoughby finishing earlier this month without mentioning her time off. Alison and Dermot also took a summer break last year, where they then returned to their hosting duties in September.
