A new Fabulosa bathroom fragrance has had cleaning fans rushing over to Aldi to grab a bottle for themselves, and many swear it’s an uncanny dupe of a beloved luxurious scent
A new Fabulosa bathroom fragrance has gone down a treat with cleaning fans, who swear it’s a dupe of a beloved high-end scent. The spray in question – named Summer Crush – is one of three brand-new scents currently being sold exclusively at Aldi, the other two being Coconut Sunset and Tropical Paradise.
Many have fallen for its summery scent, while others have declared it to be a “Sol De Janeiro dupe”. As any beauty fans will no doubt know, Sol De Janeiro is a line of luxurious, beach and sunshine-inspired fragrances and skincare products. Now, while Fabulosa doesn’t stock scents you can use on your body, the Summer Crush spray will hopefully make you feel like you’ve jetted off on holiday. There’s also a kitchen spray, for those who want to fantasise about cooking in the sunshine.
Taking to the popular Facebook cleaning group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, one homecare fan gushed about the luxuriously sunny scent of the “divine” spray. Sharing a snap of her purchase, the thrilled Aldi shopper wrote: “Although you can’t use it like a body spray, it can make your bathroom smell divine! (And kitchen as they had a kitchen version!) Fabulosa now selling a Sol De Janeiro dupe.”
Other members of the group were also quick to praise the thrifty yet decadent-smelling product, with one person commenting: “Oh my gosh, my favourite smell”. Another won-over individual chuckled: “Using this as perfume lmao.” A third approved: “I just got this in Aldi! And was going to post the same- it smells amazing.”
