'I come in peace,' said Jai as he walked through the door at Holdgate. 'I had a nice meander up here, it's a lovely day,' he continued to shout before he opened the door and saw Rishi laying on the floor. 'Dad,' he shouted as he tried desperately to rouse Rishi. But as it became clear that Rishi was gone, Jai broke down and then just sat there with his dad's hair in his lap. When Suni arrived home, Jai begged him not to call anyone and just let him spend time with his dad. 'Just go outside and let us spend time together because this is it,' he said. 'This is the last of it. All I have left is this.' Suni agreed for a minute but then called Laurel and broke the news to her - and then she told Georgia and the others. The police arrived but Jai couldn't comprehend what was going on. As Laurel arrived Jai told her: 'He was going to come Laurel, he's all dressed ready to go. 'I wanted to tell him I'm sorry but now I'll never get the chance.' Jai sat there for hours until it was time for the authorities to take Rishi's body away, and then he struggled to cope. 'It's too soon, I'm not ready,' Jai said lashing out. 'Why can't they just leave him and we can wait for the undertaker to take him from here.' 'Dad I'm so sorry,' he added, calling him "the best dad in the world". The emotional scenes left viewers breaking down in tears.
