 S Club have broken their silence on Hannah Spearritt returning, after she confirmed she won't be joining the tour after the tragic news of bandmate Paul Cattermole's death. Cattermole died aged 46 after being found on April 6 at his home in Dorset, his family confirmed in a statement. Tearful tributes were shared from the likes of heartbroken fans and his bandmates, who said they were 'lucky to have had him in our lives.' Shortly after speculation over whether the tour would still go ahead, the Bring It All Back singers issued a tearful update that five of them would still be performing this year, without Hannah. However, they've now issued an update on whether Hannah will return. During an appearance on The One Show on Friday, Jon Lee said: 'The door is always open.' He went on: 'We've got lots of stuff coming up after the tour, we've got loads of stuff coming up at the end of this year, but there's loads of projects that we're working on for next year as well. 'She could always pop in and join us maybe for something next year.' The band, who rebranded from S Club 7 earlier this year, will continue with their tour, as Jon, Tina Barrett, Rachel Stevens, Jo O'Meara and Bradley McIntosh will take to the stage. Speaking about the new tune, Jo said on The One Show: 'This song was actually written for us 20 years ago and I think it probably wasn't right for us back then. 'And it just popped up again and seemed like the absolute perfect song to do. 'We've reworked the lyrics a little bit and made it more of a tribute song.'
