He scored a late knockdown to almost snatch the result, but ended up losing a split decision that forced him back to the drawing board. "Whenever I'm not here [in Dorado] and I'm trying to train and just don't have my routine, it's not as powerful," Paul told UFC star Bo Nickal on his show Bo Gets Betr. "I learned that in my last fight trying to do a camp out of Dubai, it was cool but when you don't have your home feelings, it's even little things. "I'm like missing my dog, I'm in Dubai and I don't have my dog and those little things, neurologically and neurochemicals thing of releasing oxytocin and dopamine that makes you feel at home can help you rest better. So then you train harder, all these little things I'm learning, but this is a really cool environment.
