'You're going to f***ing kill me. Help! Help! Help! I'm not resisting!' Mr Brock was arrested on charges of mayhem, resisting arrest, obstruction, and failure to obey a police officer. However, prosecutors later decided to pursue two misdemeanour charges instead. Benza wrote in the arrest report that he activated "my patrol vehicle overhead lights, which include a fixed forward-facing red lamp," though the overhead lights were not on when Benza pulled into the 7-Eleven parking lot behind Mr Brock, the video shows. The police department later said in a statement to NBC News: "The Department is investigating the information and allegations brought forward by Mr Brock and his attorney. Unfortunately, we cannot comment any further at this time due to the pending litigation in this matter."
