Fellow Irish star, DJ Annie Mac, is hosting the event with an array of special guests in honour of Sinead. The event, which is free but ticketed, will take place between 8pm and 10pm and is already thought to have 'sold out'. In a post on their Instagram page, the London Irish Centre said: 'Join us tonight to pay tribute to a true Irish legend, Sinead O'Connor. 'Annie Mac and guests will be holding an impromptu gathering at the London Irish Centre in honour of Sinead and her impact on the Irish community and beyond. 'Admission is free, click the link in our bio to sign up.' Stars and fans were quick to comment underneath, with Irish actor and TV presenter Laura Whitmore responding with a green love heart emoji. One follower wrote: 'Gutted to not be there. But the perfect thing to do x.' Another said: 'I wish I could be in London, but I'll be there in spirit.' After tickets went within minutes of the announcement being made, a third commented: 'Hopefully see a livestream! RIP Sinead.' 'Hope there are more opportunities to celebrate her life,' a fourth added. Sinead was found unresponsive at her home in Lambeth, south London, on the morning of July 26. Her cause of death is yet to be revealed, but she was pronounced dead at the scene and it is not being treated as suspicious.
