Brexit row rages on with Remainers slamming ‘disastrous decision’

Yet there is still resentment among many Brits with a new Express.co.uk poll showing almost three-quarters think Britain was wrong to leave the bloc. In response to a recent YouGov survey showing the majority of those asked, 57 percent, thought Britain was wrong to vote for Brexit, Express.co.uk ran a poll from 2pm on Thursday, July 20, to 3pm on Tuesday, July 25, asking readers: ‘Was Britain right or wrong to leave the European Union?’ Overall, a staggering 50,764 votes were received with the vast majority, 74 percent (37,592 people) answering that Britian was ‘wrong to leave’. Whereas 26 percent (13,067 people) said that Britian was ‘right to leave’ and a further 105 people said they did not know. Many of her followers and other Remainers reacted to the call and swung the poll result to show that Britain was wrong to leave. They also shared their thoughts in the comments, with username ValerieJackson1 writing: ‘Brexit has crippled our economy. This was a decision backed up by a democratic vote in a referendum. ‘The UK regaining its freedom and sovereignty could never be considered a bad decision.
