NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT
Bryan Cranston has hit back at comments made by Disney chief executive Bob Iger in the midst of the ongoing actors and writers strike.
Earlier this month Hollywood officially went on strike after US union The Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists voted unanimously to walk out, following weeks of unsuccessful negotiations.
Months after the Writers Guild of America (WGA) began their strike, Sag members followed suit.
While support has been widespread, Bob, 72, drew the ire of many after saying last week those taking part were causing a ‘disruptive’ effect on the industry, while the unions joining forces was dubbed ‘disturbing’.
