"We're making some benches with wooden pallets," she said in her TikTok video. "We filled the gaps in with featherboards (fence panels). "Basically this cost sweet f**k all and if you do a good job of it you're onto a winner really." They ended up making three benches, each consisting of two pallets on the bottom and one at the back. The extra pallet, which was bright blue, worked well as a coffee table at the front. And to make things a bit more cosy, Mads added some cushions, which she got from Asda for £36 as they are two for £12. "I think in total this cost us less than £100 and that's including all the cushions," she concluded. People were quick to comment on Mads' transformation, with one writing: "Genuine question! Could ya get a splinter in ya bum?" "Hahaha probs!" she replied. Others shared their own suggestions for making the furniture even better, and more comfy.
