Speaking of the various challenges Islanders are expected to take part in, she said: "On-screen it's around ten minutes, in person, it's a couple of hours to fill." Speaking to heat, Sanam continued: "While doing it, I was like 'So this is how it's all done, this is interesting'. "Because obviously, it's a TV show, you've gotta get different angles, everyone's facial expressions, different shots. "You don't really think about that when you're watching it. When you're doing a challenge it's not bam bam bam. "It's like, 'Let's do this' and then 'Hold on guys, let's get your reactions'. So that was pretty surprising." Sanam and Kai recently showed off their new home as they gave fans a tour after moving in together. Kai said: "We put in so much effort getting it already. It's not perfect, there's still lots to do but you're gonna see it." Sanam also enjoyed a luxury break to the Cotswolds with fellow former Islanders Lana Jenkins and Jessie Wynter.){kind=link}
