Sexual predator ‘Joker’ back in jail just one DAY after release from nine-year sentence

Albert Gardner, from Florida, removed his GPS ankle monitor and was later discovered in an overdose situation, one day after he was released from prison

A sexual predator has been returned to jail just one day after being released – because he removed his GPS ankle monitor.

Police said that Albert Gardner, 29, from Florida, removed his GPS ankle monitor and was later discovered in an overdose situation, only one day after being released on probation from serving a nine-and-a-half-year prison sentence.

Also known as “Joker” due to his face tattoos, Gardner was set free on July 7 after being convicted of lewd and lascivious battery in June 2014. He was also classified as a sexual predator, as reported by the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.

However, his freedom was short-lived, as he was re-arrested the very next day on charges of violating probation and tampering with an electronic monitoring device.
