Souness has tipped Man City to win the Premier League for the fourth year in a row but expects Arsenal to mount another challenge after 'bottling' the title last term. 'I don't think the Premier League is in danger of becoming a one-trick pony, but I do think Manchester City will be champions again,' Souness told the Sky Bet Fan Hope Survey. 'They are the strongest team, they've got the best group of players I've ever known in the Premier League, because they have the structure right – they have football people making footballing decisions. 'They've got a manager [Pep Guardiola] who is vastly experienced and successful. They've got the best players – and it's the best players that win you leagues. I think there will be the same challenger this year – Arsenal will challenge City.
