Dunston vs Gateshead abandoned after HEARSE is driven on pitch and does burnouts

Gateshead were drawing 1-1 at Dunston just before half-time in a pre-season friendly before two cards drove onto the playing surface and did multiple burnouts

Gateshead’s pre-season friendly against Dunston was abandoned after two cars drove onto the pitch.

The game was poised at 1-1 going into half-time, before an incident occurred on the playing surface involving a couple of vehicles, including one hearse.

They managed to get through the safety barriers and decided to drive towards the centre circle with speed, before doing multiple burnouts and throwing pieces of paper out of the car windows.

After leaving skid marks over the pitch, those in the hearse appeared to storm out of the vehicle and run over to the silver car which also made its way onto the playing surface.
