Gemma, 42, said: "I cannot get pregnant. It is a nightmare. 'I cannot seem to get a doctor and I am looking to find a fertility doctor who can help me.' Gemma is so determined to become a mother she went on to reveal she had put her wedding to Rami Hawash on ice. The pair last year revealed they had found their dream venue but Gemma said being a mum has now become her primary focus. Gemma explained: 'If anything, you'd want a baby before you get married. 'The big day is not a priority, I'd rather spend the money on working out how I can have a baby.' Unfailingly positive Gemma said she and Rami had now made a pact to wed at 50 – like Jennifer Lopez – if they were together. She added: 'I am going to be really honest, I have no real interest…that is what I want to do. 'I am going to do a J-Lo. 'She got married at 50. I'll do a J-Lo and I'll get married at 50. 'There is no rush and I am living life. There is still so much I want to do. 'Me and Rami are both free spirits, he has been married before and funnily enough we were looking at pictures of us and we have known each other for so long.
