COLDPLAY are in advanced talks to headline Glastonbury.
The band – who last topped the bill at the iconic event in 2016 and first played there 25 years ago – have left a gap in their schedule to make them available for a set at Worthy Farm next year.
They yesterday announced another European leg of their Music Of The Spheres world tour for next summer.
But there is a break from June 26 to 30, when the festival will take place.
The bookies had Coldplay on odds of 6/4 to headline and frontman Chris Martin is a major fan of the event.
