The United States has deployed a nuclear-armed submarine to South Korea for the first time in forty years in a show of force against tyrant Kim Jong-un.
North Korea has been warned by the allies that any use of nuclear weapons in combat would result in the end of its regime.
They also agreed to establish a bilateral Nuclear Consultative Group and expand military exercises.
