FRUSTRATED Novak Djokovic smashed his racket against the net post as his Wimbledon dream was ended.
The seven-time winner was hoping to land a record-equalling eighth title, but ultimately lost to No.1 seed Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
With the score tied up going into the fifth set, Alcaraz managed to break Djokovic’s serve, leaving the Serb fuming.
He then proceeded to smash his racket against the post of the net.
This act saw the 36-year-old handed a warning by the umpire, while also literally leaving his mark on the post in the form of a dent.
