But these hi-tech innovations aren’t movie props.

In the Israeli hospital visited by The Sun on Sunday they are already revolutionising medical care.

And as waiting lists here hit 7.5million, how long can we afford to wait before turning to AI technology to save our strike-hit NHS?

Health Secretary Steve Barclay is rightly pushing the service to embrace technological advances and last month announced a £21million fund for AI to speed up diagnosis.
