Reports in Netherlands have claimed United's interest in Bijlow is for him to come in and compete for the no1 spot alongside the Cameroon international. The 25-year-old Netherlands international helped his side lift the Dutch title last season but did miss close to three months of action after suffering a broken wrist in February. Bijlow also missed the final three months of the 21/22 season after undergoing foot surgery having also had injury issues in the 21-20 campaign. Famed goalkeeper coach Hoek, who spent two years at Old Trafford during Louis van Gaal's reign in charge, suggests those injury woes mean Bijlow would benefit from another season with Feyenoord before considering a move next summer. 'Justin is still developing. In fact, he has not yet played a full season, mainly due to injuries,' Hoek told Voetbal International.
