A COUPLE were who thought they snapped up a bargain city centre flat for £10k were left stunned after ending up with something completely different.
Cal Hunter, 26, and Claire Segren planned to buy a Glasgow flat but ended up with the keys to a dilapidated home in Dunoon, Argyll.
They paid £10,000 for the property after a mix-up with lot numbers at an auction house.
But the couple decided to renovate the mansion which had been empty for 30 years despite facing a catalogue of problems with it.
The young pair even appeared on BBC One Scotland show Accidental Renovators as they faced a daunting to-do list.
