Liverpool are set to name their unsettled stars in their pre-season tour squad after receiving no offers so far for any player.
âSkipper Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara are all the subject of interest from Saudi clubs who are prepared to throw big money at signing them. All three players are Champions League winners who boast big reputations in European football.
A number of stars have already left the Premier League for Saudi Arabia this summer, including N’Golo Kante, Ruben Neves, Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly and Liverpool legend Roberto Firmino. Ballon d’Or holder Karim Benzema has also made the switch.
Liverpool have already signed two midfielders this summer. World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister joined from Brighton for an initial £35million fee before the Reds activated Hungary captain Dominik Szoboszlai’s £60m release clause at RB Leipzig.
