 A girl, 13, with no money or a mobile phone on her has gone missing in Leicestershire and hasn't been seen for nearly 24 hours. Kelsey Mitchell was last seen at an address in the Royland Road area of Loughborough at around 5:50pm yesterday. The teenager is described by police as white, around 5'3″ tall and with a 'medium build with long thick brown hair'. 'She was last seen wearing a grey Adidas sweatshirt, grey Adidas leggings and white trainers,' county police add. 'Officers and Kelsey's family are extremely concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone who may have seen her or know where she may be to get in touch,' police added.
