Manchester United have flown to Norway to take on Leeds United in their first friendly of pre-season in Oslo.
Erik ten Hag is pushing forward with preparations for the 2023/24 season, which is now less than a month away, and still there is no decision from the Glazer family. Understandably, the United boss is frustrated with the slow nature of the process, which is affecting his plans.
And he’s not the only one. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is still in contention to buy the Red Devils, despite rumours suggesting otherwise.
Meanwhile, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is in the same boat, awaiting news from the Glazers, 232 days on from their announcement in November.
