In one episode, he told viewers: "In this show I'm about to meet the biggest bunch of blokes I've ever set eyes on. "These fatties haven't seen their feet for years. Well, prepare yourselves boys, the belly-buster is in town." Clips of Miller's no-nonsense approach and put downs on the show have gone viral on social media. But with a new audience being left somewhat stunned by the language and approach that was taken on the show, Steve has said he doesn't regret his comments. He exclusively told The Sun Online: "I absolutely have no regrets whatsoever because that show was lovely. "We had a lovely team and we had great participants. We had fall-outs but they were shown on the telly. "I don't have any regrets, because if it was coming from a place of being nasty then that would be different. "It came from a place of 'I actually care about you lot', and we're going to do it in a fun way and we're not going to have one of these boring TV shows, we're going to make entertainment and make ourselves laugh during it." He added: "What made Fat Families was the halo effect of the one-liners, especially the North Yorkshire, North Porkshire one, which is my favourite!"
