A FOOTBALL club has been left reeling after two players died within just months of each other.
Charles Bolt, 20, was killed when his Ford Fiesta was overturned and landed on a roadside barrier on the Sittingbourne-bound carriageway in Kent at around 4.25am on Monday, June 12.
The victim played for Maidstone United Raiders, a specialist disability team.
It comes after Charles’ teammate, Reece van Sertima, also 20, died after he was fatally hit by a lorry last October.
Charles was captain for his late friend’s memorial match against a team from their local pub – and was awarded the Man of the Match award for his performance.
